   【課程目標 Course Objectives】

   This class aims on teaching JCAATs which is a new generation of audit software developed from the AI language Python. JCAATs are recognized industry wide as the leading stand-alone data analysis software for audit and financial professionals.  In addition to the data analysis functions of traditional computer-aided audit tools (CAATs), it also includes many artificial intelligence functions, such as Text Mining, Machine Learning, Data Crawler, etc., allowing audit analysis can be more intelligent. JCAATs can analyze a large amount of data, and its open data architecture can interface with a variety of Databases, Cloud Data Sources, different file types and ACL project, making the collection and integration of audit data more convenient and faster. A various language visual user interface allows auditors who are not familiar with the Python language to easily and quickly generate Python audit programs through the simple operation of this interface by their familiar language.

This course mainly teaches how to read various types of computer data in a huge business data environment, make good use of computer-assisted auditing technologies (CAATs), and effectively apply data analysis skills to enhance workplace competitiveness. After completing this course, students can take the International Certified CAATs Practitioner (i.e., Computer Audit Software Application Technician) certification examination demonstrate their professional abilities.
